Shipping policy

HOME OF EMILY through its partners delivers across India and Internationally. 

Within India:

• Shipping is free for all prepaid orders, shipped within India.
• For Cash On Delivery orders, Standard Shipping Charge of Rs. 100 (non-refundable) plus Rs 50 as handling charges (non-refundable) will be applicable.
•  Shipment of your garment is done as soon as it is checked for final QC. It typically takes 1-2 working days to ship out the order from our warehouse. Orders usually take a delivery time of 4-8 working days (all days except Sundays and Holidays) within India, from the date of purchase. 
• For special occasions, we do offer 48-hour shipment based on available capacity. For this, please write to us at  homeofemily@outlook.com and we will try to make it happen. Please note, an extra surcharge of INR 199 per piece would be levied for the same.

International:

• We ship outside India (Primarily to the US, Singapore, Dubai, and Australia). You can expect your orders to be delivered at almost all locations in the world. 
• We charge INR 1550 (most common countries) for orders below INR 21000. For orders above INR 21000, we provide free shipping to the aforementioned countries. For other countries, shipping is charged on actuals.
• In case there is any import duty, taxes, or brokerage fee applicable, it has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. In case of any queries, please write to us at homeofemily@outlook.com
• For international orders, please expect delivery within 20 working days.

Tracking of Orders:

To track your order, you may log in to your Home of Emily account and choose “My Account” to view your order details. You may also contact customer care at  homeofemily@outlook.com. We’re available on all weekdays (except Sundays and Public holidays).
